2. Das Wichtigste in Kürze
- Keine Analyse- oder Werbedienste, kein Profiling, kein Verkauf von Daten.
- Die Website läuft bei Cloudflare; dabei fallen technisch nötige Verbindungsdaten an.
- Der KI-Assistent ist freiwillig und arbeitet nur, wenn Sie ihn antippen. Fragen werden nicht gespeichert.
- Nova wertet Kamera und Mikrofon nur auf Ihrem Gerät aus; Ihr Gesicht merkt sie sich nur mit Ihrer Einwilligung.
3. Aufruf der Website (Hosting bei Cloudflare)
Beim Aufruf verarbeitet unser Hoster Cloudflare technisch nötige Daten: IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, aufgerufene Adresse, Browser-Kennung und Fehlermeldungen. Zweck ist die Auslieferung der Seite, ihre Sicherheit und der Schutz vor Angriffen. Rechtsgrundlage ist unser berechtigtes Interesse an einem sicheren Betrieb (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
Empfänger ist Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, als Auftragsverarbeiter. Die Übermittlung in die USA stützt sich auf das EU-US Data Privacy Framework, hilfsweise auf die EU-Standardvertragsklauseln. Cloudflare speichert diese Daten nur kurz; unsere eigenen Betriebsprotokolle werden nach 7 Tagen automatisch gelöscht.
Zeigt Cloudflare eine Sicherheitsprüfung an, setzt es dabei das Cookie cf_clearance. Es ist technisch notwendig und läuft nach 30 Minuten ab.
4. Speicherung im Browser
Die Seite merkt sich drei Einstellungen in Ihrem Browser. Sie werden nicht an uns gesendet und dienen nur der Bedienung (Art. 5 Abs. 2 lit. b Lei 41/2004, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

5. KI-Assistent
Der Assistent unten rechts ist eine KI und beantwortet Fragen zu HUAIDEV.
- Sprechen: Ihr Browser wandelt Ihre Sprache in Text um, je nach Browser über Server des Herstellers (Chrome: Google, Safari: Apple). Dafür gelten deren Datenschutzbestimmungen. Wir erhalten keine Aufnahmen.
- Frage und Antwort: Nur der Text Ihrer Frage und höchstens der letzten drei Fragen und Antworten dieses Besuchs geht an huaidev.com. Beantwortet wird er mit Cloudflare Workers AI (Modell Gemma von Google, betrieben von Cloudflare). Cloudflare speichert Fragen und Antworten nach der Antwort nicht und nutzt sie nicht zum Training. Die Antwort liest Ihr Gerät vor.
- Missbrauchsschutz: Wir zählen Anfragen anhand einer Prüfsumme Ihrer IP-Adresse mit zufälligem, wechselndem Zusatzwert. Die Prüfsumme liegt nur im Arbeitsspeicher und verschwindet spätestens nach 24 Stunden.
- Rechtsgrundlage: Beantwortung Ihrer Anfrage und Schutz vor Missbrauch (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO); bei Anfragen zu einem Auftrag Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
- Bitte geben Sie im Assistenten keine sensiblen Daten ein.
6. Kontakt per E-Mail
Wenn Sie uns schreiben, verwenden wir Ihre Angaben, um die Anfrage zu beantworten und gegebenenfalls einen Auftrag abzuwickeln (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Anfragen, aus denen kein Auftrag wird, löschen wir spätestens 12 Monate nach der letzten Nachricht. Rechnungen und Buchungsbelege bewahren wir so lange auf, wie es das portugiesische Steuerrecht verlangt, in der Regel zehn Jahre.
7. Kontaktkarte
Die Seite hinter dem QR-Code auf unserer Visitenkarte funktioniert wie die übrige Website (Punkt 3). Die Kontaktdatei lädt Ihr Gerät direkt herunter; wir erfahren nicht, ob Sie sie speichern.
8. Geschützter Arbeitsbereich
Der Bereich „Development Hub“ ist nur für unser Team. Er ist nicht öffentlich und nur mit persönlichem Zugangsschlüssel nutzbar.
9. Testversionen unserer Projekte: Nova und The 4th Dimension
Unter huaidev.com/nova und huaidev.com/the-4th-dimension zeigen wir Testversionen eigener Projekte. Für den Aufruf gilt Punkt 3. An uns werden dabei keine Inhalte gesendet.
- Nova lernt aus Kamera, Mikrofon, Berührung, Bewegung und, wenn Sie es einschalten, Ihrem Standort. Das geschieht nur, während sie wach ist und Ihr Browser den Zugriff erlaubt. Bild und Ton werden auf Ihrem Gerät ausgewertet und weder aufgezeichnet noch an uns gesendet. Ausnahme ist die Spracherkennung Ihres Browsers (siehe „Sprechen“).
- Gesichtserkennung: Nur wenn Sie zustimmen, merkt sich Nova Ihr Gesicht als Zahlenmuster auf Ihrem Gerät, um Sie wiederzuerkennen. Es verlässt Ihr Gerät nicht. Rechtsgrundlage ist Ihre Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a und Art. 9 Abs. 2 lit. a DSGVO). Sie können sie jederzeit widerrufen, indem Sie in Nova „Gesicht vergessen“ wählen; der Widerruf gilt für die Zukunft. Ohne Einwilligung funktioniert Nova trotzdem.
- Sprechen: Damit Nova Wörter lernt, wandelt Ihr Browser Sprache in Text um, je nach Browser über Server des Herstellers (Chrome: Google, Safari: Apple). Nova weist Sie vor dem Aufwecken darauf hin. Wir erhalten keine Aufnahmen.
- Speicherung: Was Nova lernt (Entwicklungsstufe, Wörter, mit Einwilligung Ihr Gesichtsmuster), liegt im lokalen Speicher Ihres Browsers in Einträgen, die mit
nova2-beginnen. Wenn Sie die Websitedaten von huaidev.com löschen, ist alles gelöscht. - The 4th Dimension ist ein spielbarer Prototyp. Die Kamera nutzt er nur, wenn Sie die AR-Ansicht starten; das Bild bleibt auf Ihrem Gerät. Den Spielstand speichert er im Eintrag
the4thdimension-prototype-v1Ihres Browsers.
10. Ihre Rechte
Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung und Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 15–20 DSGVO). Sie können einer Verarbeitung aufgrund berechtigter Interessen jederzeit widersprechen (Art. 21 DSGVO). Eine E-Mail an thiash@huaidev.com genügt.
Sie können sich außerdem bei der portugiesischen Datenschutzbehörde beschweren: Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), Av. D. Carlos I, 134 – 1.º, 1200-651 Lisboa, www.cnpd.pt.

Privacy policy
This website has no trackers, no advertising and no contact form; HUAIDEV sets no cookies of its own.

2. In brief
- No analytics or advertising services, no profiling, no sale of data.
- The website runs on Cloudflare; this involves technically necessary connection data.
- The AI assistant is optional and only works when you tap it. Questions are not stored.
- Nova analyses camera and microphone on your device only; she remembers your face only with your consent.
3. Visiting the website (hosting by Cloudflare)
When you visit the site, our host Cloudflare processes technically necessary data: IP address, time, the address requested, browser identifier and error messages. The purpose is to deliver the site, keep it secure and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The recipient is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, as processor. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, as a fallback, on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Cloudflare keeps this data only briefly; our own operating logs are deleted automatically after 7 days.
If Cloudflare shows a security check, it sets the cookie cf_clearance. It is technically necessary and expires after 30 minutes.
4. Storage in your browser
The site remembers three settings in your browser. They are not sent to us and only serve to operate the site (Art. 5(2)(b) Lei 41/2004, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. AI assistant
The assistant at the bottom right is an AI and answers questions about HUAIDEV.
- Speaking: your browser turns your voice into text, depending on the browser via its maker's servers (Chrome: Google, Safari: Apple); their privacy terms apply. We receive no recordings.
- Question and answer: only the text of your question, and at most the last three questions and answers of this visit, goes to huaidev.com. It is answered with Cloudflare Workers AI (Google's Gemma model, run by Cloudflare). Cloudflare does not keep questions and answers after replying and does not use them for training. Your device reads the answer aloud.
- Abuse protection: we count requests using a checksum of your IP address with a random, changing value added. The checksum exists only in memory and disappears after 24 hours at the latest.
- Legal basis: answering your request and preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); for enquiries about an order, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Please do not enter sensitive data in the assistant.
6. Contact by email
If you write to us, we use your details to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to carry out an order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted no later than 12 months after the last message. Invoices and accounting records are kept for as long as Portuguese tax law requires, usually ten years.
7. Contact card
The page behind the QR code on our business card works like the rest of the website (section 3). Your device downloads the contact file directly; we do not learn whether you save it.
8. Protected workspace
The “Development Hub” area is for our team only. It is not public and can only be used with a personal access key.
9. Test versions of our projects: Nova and The 4th Dimension
At huaidev.com/nova and huaidev.com/the-4th-dimension we show test versions of our own projects. Section 3 applies to visiting them. No content is sent to us.
- Nova learns from your device's camera, microphone, touch, motion and, if you switch it on, your location. This happens only while she is awake and your browser allows access. Images and sound are analysed on your device and are neither recorded nor sent to us. The exception is your browser's speech recognition (see “Speaking”).
- Face recognition: Only if you agree, Nova remembers your face as a numeric pattern on your device so that she can recognise you. It never leaves your device. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by choosing “Forget face” in Nova; withdrawal applies from then on. Nova still works without consent.
- Speaking: so that Nova can learn words, your browser turns speech into text, depending on the browser via its maker's servers (Chrome: Google, Safari: Apple). Nova tells you before you wake her. We receive no recordings.
- Storage: what Nova learns (stage, words and, with consent, your face pattern) is kept in your browser's local storage in entries starting with
nova2-. If you delete the site data for huaidev.com, all of it is deleted. - The 4th Dimension is a playable prototype. It uses the camera only if you start the AR view; the image stays on your device. It saves the game state in the browser entry

10. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Art. 15–20 GDPR). You may object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). An email to thiash@huaidev.com is enough.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority: Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), Av. D. Carlos I, 134 – 1.º, 1200-651 Lisboa, www.cnpd.pt.

3. Visita ao site (alojamento na Cloudflare)
Quando visita o site, o nosso fornecedor de alojamento Cloudflare trata dados tecnicamente necessários: endereço IP, hora, endereço solicitado, identificação do navegador e mensagens de erro. A finalidade é disponibilizar o site, garantir a sua segurança e protegê-lo contra ataques. O fundamento jurídico é o nosso interesse legítimo num funcionamento seguro (artigo 6.º, n.º 1, alínea f), do RGPD).
O destinatário é a Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, EUA, na qualidade de subcontratante. A transferência para os EUA baseia-se no Quadro de Privacidade de Dados UE-EUA e, subsidiariamente, nas cláusulas contratuais-tipo da UE. A Cloudflare conserva estes dados apenas por pouco tempo; os nossos registos de funcionamento são apagados automaticamente após 7 dias.
Se a Cloudflare apresentar uma verificação de segurança, coloca o cookie cf_clearance. É tecnicamente necessário e expira ao fim de 30 minutos.
4. Armazenamento no navegador
O site guarda três definições no seu navegador. Não nos são enviadas e servem apenas para o funcionamento do site (artigo 5.º, n.º 2, alínea b), da Lei n.º 41/2004 e artigo 6.º, n.º 1, alínea f), do RGPD).

5. Assistente de IA
O assistente no canto inferior direito é uma inteligência artificial e responde a perguntas sobre a HUAIDEV.
- Falar: o seu navegador converte a voz em texto, conforme o navegador através dos servidores do fabricante (Chrome: Google, Safari: Apple); aplicam-se as respetivas políticas de privacidade. Não recebemos gravações.
- Pergunta e resposta: apenas o texto da sua pergunta e, no máximo, as três últimas perguntas e respostas desta visita são enviados para huaidev.com. A resposta é gerada com o Cloudflare Workers AI (modelo Gemma da Google, operado pela Cloudflare). A Cloudflare não guarda perguntas nem respostas depois de responder e não as utiliza para treino. O seu dispositivo lê a resposta em voz alta.
- Proteção contra abusos: contamos os pedidos através de uma soma de verificação do seu endereço IP com um valor aleatório e variável. Essa soma existe apenas na memória e desaparece, no máximo, ao fim de 24 horas.
- Fundamento jurídico: resposta ao seu pedido e proteção contra abusos (artigo 6.º, n.º 1, alínea f), do RGPD); em pedidos relativos a uma encomenda, artigo 6.º, n.º 1, alínea b), do RGPD.
- Por favor, não introduza dados sensíveis no assistente.
6. Contacto por correio eletrónico
Se nos escrever, utilizamos os seus dados para responder ao pedido e, se for o caso, executar uma encomenda (artigo 6.º, n.º 1, alínea b), do RGPD). Os pedidos que não resultem numa encomenda são apagados, o mais tardar, 12 meses após a última mensagem. As faturas e os documentos contabilísticos são conservados pelo prazo exigido pela legislação fiscal portuguesa, em regra dez anos.
7. Cartão de contacto
A página associada ao código QR do nosso cartão de visita funciona como o resto do site (ponto 3). O seu dispositivo descarrega diretamente o ficheiro de contacto; não sabemos se o guarda.
8. Área de trabalho protegida
A área “Development Hub” destina-se apenas à nossa equipa. Não é pública e só pode ser utilizada com uma chave de acesso pessoal.
9. Versões de teste dos nossos projetos: Nova e The 4th Dimension
Em huaidev.com/nova e huaidev.com/the-4th-dimension mostramos versões de teste de projetos próprios. À visita aplica-se o ponto 3. Não nos é enviado qualquer conteúdo.
- A Nova aprende com a câmara, o microfone, o toque, o movimento e, se o ativar, a localização do seu dispositivo. Isto só acontece enquanto está acordada e o navegador o permite. Imagem e som são analisados no seu dispositivo e não são gravados nem enviados para nós. A exceção é o reconhecimento de voz do navegador (ver «Falar»).
- Reconhecimento facial: só com o seu consentimento a Nova memoriza o seu rosto como um padrão numérico no seu dispositivo, para o reconhecer. Esse padrão nunca sai do dispositivo. O fundamento é o seu consentimento (art. 6.º, n.º 1, alínea a), e art. 9.º, n.º 2, alínea a), do RGPD). Pode retirá-lo a qualquer momento escolhendo «Forget face» (esquecer rosto) na Nova; a retirada produz efeitos para o futuro. Sem consentimento a Nova continua a funcionar.
- Falar: para a Nova aprender palavras, o navegador converte a fala em texto, conforme o navegador através de servidores do fabricante (Chrome: Google, Safari: Apple). A Nova informa-o antes de a acordar. Não recebemos gravações.
- Armazenamento: o que a Nova aprende (fase, palavras e, com consentimento, o padrão do rosto) fica no armazenamento local do navegador, em entradas que começam por
nova2-. Se apagar os dados do site huaidev.com, tudo é apagado. - The 4th Dimension é um protótipo jogável. Só usa a câmara se iniciar a vista AR; a imagem fica no seu dispositivo. Guarda o progresso do jogo na entrada

10. Os seus direitos
Tem direito de acesso, retificação, apagamento, limitação do tratamento e portabilidade dos dados (artigos 15.º a 20.º do RGPD). Pode opor-se a qualquer momento ao tratamento baseado em interesses legítimos (artigo 21.º do RGPD). Basta um e-mail para thiash@huaidev.com.
